Do you require a deposit?

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. During the high season, a deposit equivalent to the first night may be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept all major credit cards.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available in two time slots: from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance — late check-in after 8:00 PM is available for a fixed fee of €20. Early check-in and late check-out may also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes! Every stay includes a delicious Sicilian breakfast, served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in our Lemon Garden. Enjoy freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, local cheeses, artisanal jams, coffee, tea and fresh juices.

We cater to a variety of dietary preferences: continental, bio, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, halal and American breakfast options.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

At B&B Giulia - Taormina each room is designed for comfort and convenience — perfect for a restful stay or an island getaway.

How far is B&B Giulia from Taormina's main attractions?

We are perfectly positioned in the heart of Taormina. The Greek Theatre is just an 18-minute walk and Corso Umberto (the main shopping street) is only 7 minutes away. The cable car to Mazzarò Beach is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Most attractions are easily accessible on foot, allowing you to fully experience the charm of this historic town. A paid shuttle service is also available for transfers or pick-ups — please ask for details.

Is parking available at the property?

Due to our central location in Taormina's historic center, on-site parking is available. The area is approximately 500 meters from our property and costs €15/day. During check-in our team will guide you to the parking slot. If you're driving, we can provide detailed directions.

How do I get to B&B Giulia from the airport?

The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa Airport (CTA). Below are the easiest ways to reach us — pick the one that suits your budget and timing.

Rental car — maximum freedom
Driving with your rental car takes about 1 hour door-to-door. If you rent a car, we can provide information about private parking in Taormina.
Private transfer (recommended)
We can arrange a private car direct to the B&B for a door-to-door ride — the trip takes about 1 hour depending on traffic. Typical fixed transfer prices start around €80 for a small group up to 3 adults and €110–€150.
Bus — economical option
Intercity buses run from the airport to the Taormina bus terminal; this is a low-cost option (tickets for €7) and takes about 1 hr 15 min. You'll arrive at the town bus terminal a short walk or taxi from the center. (Operator: Interbus.it)
Train + short taxi
Trenitalia runs trains from the airport station to Taormina‑Giardini station. Journey time is around 50–70 minutes and fares are generally €11. From the station it's a short taxi ride (≈ 7 minutes, ~€5–€7) up to Taormina's center. The train station is connected to the airport via bus shuttle — price included in the train ticket.
